主啊，愿荣耀归给祢。求祢使我今日及每天都完全、圣洁、平安、健康与无暇。凡对我们心灵有益的，且使世上和平的事，求祢都赐给我们。求主也使我们在今生悔改与敬畏，有康健与平安。凡是真实的、清洁的、有美名的，我们也都要思想。求主使我们生命的终结无罪恶、无羞耻；祢若愿意，也使我无痛苦。这些都是我所求的。阿们！ 安阑溪（一五五五－一六二六）
我们.就当放下各样的重担，脱去容易缠累我们的罪，存心忍耐，奔那摆在我们前头的路程。（希伯来书第12章第1节）
有许多重担本身并不是罪，但是会叫基督徒分心，成为他们长进的障碍。其中最有害的是灰心。灰心实在是一个拽我们往下的重担。
以色列人不得进入应许之地的原因就是发怨言。民数记第14章第29-30节告诉我们：“凡向我发怨言的，必不得进我起誓应许叫你们住的那地。”鸣不平的欲望，不知足的欲望，常会造成叛逆大罪。所以我们永远不要疑惑神在凡事上对我们的慈爱和信实。我们要努力抵挡疑惑。当我们坚拒疑惑的时候，圣灵就会来帮助我们，赐给我们得胜的信心。
我们常常会陷入疑惑，怀抱不平，以为神已经弃绝我们，我们的盼望行将破产。让我们拒绝这一切思想，因为它们的目的是要叫我们失望。让我们拒绝一切不快乐的思想，凭信心来喜乐。这样，神必使我们的“以为”变成事实。
魔鬼有两个最大的诡计。一个就是叫我们失望，一个就是叫我们疑惑，从而斩断我们与父神之间的信心联系。当心啊！不要被他的诡计欺骗了。
一个喜乐的灵能使我们的心弦协调，使撒旦不敢前来弹奏。因为心弦太热，充满属天的电力的时候，会使撒旦的手指烫痛。
忧郁会使万物变色，使一切东西变得“不可爱”，使未来的希望沦入黑暗，会剥夺人们的一切热望，锁住人们的一切能力，使人陷入精神上的麻痹。
一个经历丰富的信徒告诉我们：喜乐能使工作顺利。当我们插上喜乐的翅膀，我们的工作也会做得迅速了。忧郁却剪去这翅膀，使我们的车轮象埃及人的车轮一样，脱落难行。

| Some fell on rocky places, where it did not have much soil. It sprang up quickly, because the soil was shallow. | |

| Other seed fell among thorns, which grew up and choked the plants, so that they did not bear grain. | |

| Some people are like seed along the path, where the word is sown. As soon as they hear it, Satan comes and takes away the word that was sown in them. | |
| 道端に蒔かれたものとは、こういう人たちのことです。みことばが蒔かれて彼らが聞くと、すぐにサタンが来て、彼らに蒔かれたみことばを取り去ります。 | |
| 16 | 照样，那撒在石地上的，就是人听了道，立刻欢欢喜喜地接受了； |
| Others, like seed sown on rocky places, hear the word and at once receive it with joy. | |
| 岩地に蒔かれたものとは、こういう人たちのことです。みことばを聞くと、すぐに喜んで受け入れますが、 | |
| 17 | 可是他们里面没有根，只是暂时的；一旦为道遭遇患难，受到迫害，就立刻跌倒了。 |
| But since they have no root, they last only a short time. When trouble or persecution comes because of the word, they quickly fall away. | |
| 自分の中に根がなく、しばらく続くだけです。後で、みことばのために困難や迫害が起こると、すぐにつまずいてしまいます。 | |
| 18 | 那撒在荆棘里的，是指另一些人；他们听了道， |
| Still others, like seed sown among thorns, hear the word; | |
| もう一つの、茨の中に蒔かれたものとは、こういう人たちのことです。みことばを聞いたのに、 | |
| 19 | 然而今世的忧虑、财富的迷惑，以及种种的欲望，接连进来，把道挤住，就结不出果实来。 |
| but the worries of this life, the deceitfulness of wealth and the desires for other things come in and choke the word, making it unfruitful. | |
| この世の思い煩いや、富の惑わし、そのほかいろいろな欲望が入り込んでみことばをふさぐので、実を結ぶことができません。 | |
| 20 | 那撒在好土里的，就是人听了道，接受了，并且结出果实，有三十倍的、有六十倍的、有一百倍的。” |
| Others, like seed sown on good soil, hear the word, accept it, and produce a crop--thirty, sixty or even a hundred times what was sown." | |

| He said to them, "Do you bring in a lamp to put it under a bowl or a bed? Instead, don't you put it on its stand? | |

| Consider carefully what you hear, he continued. "With the measure you use, it will be measured to you--and even more. | |

| As soon as the grain is ripe, he puts the sickle to it, because the harvest has come." | |

| Yet when planted, it grows and becomes the largest of all garden plants, with such big branches that the birds of the air can perch in its shade." | |

| That day when evening came, he said to his disciples, "Let us go over to the other side." | |

| Leaving the crowd behind, they took him along, just as he was, in the boat. There were also other boats with him. | |

| 37 | 忽然起了狂风，波浪不断地打进船来，舱里积满了水。 |
| A furious squall came up, and the waves broke over the boat, so that it was nearly swamped. | |
| すると、激しい突風が起こって波が舟の中にまで入り、舟は水でいっぱいになった。 | |
| 38 | 耶稣却在船尾靠着枕头睡着了。门徒把他叫醒，对他说：“老师，我们要死了，你不管吗？” |
| Jesus was in the stern, sleeping on a cushion. The disciples woke him and said to him, "Teacher, don't you care if we drown?" | |
| ところがイエスは、船尾で枕をして眠っておられた。弟子たちはイエスを起こして、「先生。私たちが死んでも、かまわないのですか」と言った。 | |
| 39 | 耶稣起来，斥责了风，又对海说：“不要作声！安静吧！”风就停止，大大地平静了。 |
| He got up, rebuked the wind and said to the waves, "Quiet! Be still!" Then the wind died down and it was completely calm. | |
| イエスは起き上がって風を叱りつけ、湖に「黙れ、静まれ」と言われた。すると風はやみ、すっかり凪になった。 | |
| 40 | 然后对他们说：“为甚么这样胆怯呢？你们怎么没有信心呢？” |
| He said to his disciples, "Why are you so afraid? Do you still have no faith?" | |

| 41 | 门徒非常惧怕，彼此说：“这到底是谁，连风和海都听从他？” |
| They were terrified and asked each other, "Who is this? Even the wind and the waves obey him!" | |

| 1 | 他们到了海的那边，进入格拉森人的地区。 |
| They went across the lake to the region of the Gerasenes. | |
| こうして一行は、湖の向こう岸、ゲラサ人の地に着いた。 | |
| 2 | 耶稣一下船，就有一个被污灵附着的人，从墓地里迎面而来。 |
| When Jesus got out of the boat, a man with an evil spirit came from the tombs to meet him. | |
| イエスが舟から上がられるとすぐに、汚れた霊につかれた人が、墓場から出て来てイエスを迎えた。 | |
| 3 | 那人经常住在坟墓中间，从来没有人能绑住他，甚至用锁炼都不能。 |
| This man lived in the tombs, and no one could bind him any more, not even with a chain. | |
| この人は墓場に住みついていて、もはやだれも、鎖を使ってでも、彼を縛っておくことができなかった。 | |
| 4 | 曾经有很多次，人用脚镣和锁炼捆绑他，锁炼却被他挣断，脚镣也被他弄碎，始终没有人能制伏他。 |
| For he had often been chained hand and foot, but he tore the chains apart and broke the irons on his feet. No one was strong enough to subdue him. | |
| 彼はたびたび足かせと鎖でつながれたが、鎖を引きちぎり、足かせも砕いてしまい、だれにも彼を押さえることはできなかった。 | |
| 5 | 他昼夜在坟墓里和山野间喊叫，又用石头砍自己。 |
| Night and day among the tombs and in the hills he would cry out and cut himself with stones. | |
| それで、夜も昼も墓場や山で叫び続け、石で自分のからだを傷つけていたのである。 | |
| 6 | 他远远地看见耶稣，就跑过去拜他， |
| When he saw Jesus from a distance, he ran and fell on his knees in front of him. | |
| 彼は遠くからイエスを見つけ、走って来て拝した。 | |
| 7 | 大声呼叫，说：“至高 神的儿子耶稣，我跟你有甚么关系呢？我指着 神恳求你，不要叫我受苦。” |
| He shouted at the top of his voice, "What do you want with me, Jesus, Son of the Most High God? Swear to God that you won't torture me!" | |
| そして大声で叫んで言った。「いと高き神の子イエスよ、私とあなたに何の関係があるのですか。神によってお願いします。私を苦しめないでください。」 | |
| 8 | 因为当时耶稣吩咐他：“你这污灵，从这人身上出来！” |
| For Jesus had said to him, "Come out of this man, you evil spirit!" | |
| イエスが、「汚れた霊よ、この人から出て行け」と言われたからである。 | |
| 9 | 耶稣问他：“你叫甚么名字？”他回答：“我名叫‘群’，因为我们众多。” |
| Then Jesus asked him, "What is your name?" | |

| 10 | 他再三央求耶稣，不要把他们从那地方赶走。 |
| My name is Legion, he replied, "for we are many." And he begged Jesus again and again not to send them out of the area. | |
| そして、自分たちをこの地方から追い出さないでください、と懇願した。 | |
| 11 | 附近的山坡上有一大群猪正在吃东西； |
| A large herd of pigs was feeding on the nearby hillside. | |
| ところで、そこの山腹では、おびただしい豚の群れが飼われていた。 | |
| 12 | 污灵求耶稣说：“打发我们到猪群那里附在猪身上吧。” |
| The demons begged Jesus, "Send us among the pigs; allow us to go into them." | |
| 彼らはイエスに懇願して言った。「私たちが豚に入れるように、豚の中に送ってください。」 | |
| 13 | 耶稣准了他们。污灵就出来，进到猪群里去，于是那群猪闯下山崖，掉在海里淹死了，猪的数目约有两千。 |
| He gave them permission, and the evil spirits came out and went into the pigs. The herd, about two thousand in number, rushed down the steep bank into the lake and were drowned. | |
| イエスはそれを許された。そこで、汚れた霊どもは出て行って豚に入った。すると、二千匹ほどの豚の群れが崖を下って湖へなだれ込み、その湖でおぼれて死んだ。 | |
| 14 | 放猪的人都逃跑了，到城里和各乡村去报告，大家就来看发生了甚么事。 |
| Those tending the pigs ran off and reported this in the town and countryside, and the people went out to see what had happened. | |
| 豚を飼っていた人たちは逃げ出して、町や里でこのことを伝えた。人々は、何が起こったのかを見ようとやって来た。 | |
| 15 | 他们来到耶稣跟前，看见那被鬼附过的人，就是曾被名叫‘群’的鬼附过的人，坐在那里，穿上了衣服，神志清醒，他们就害怕。 |
| When they came to Jesus, they saw the man who had been possessed by the legion of demons, sitting there, dressed and in his right mind; and they were afraid. | |
| そしてイエスのところに来ると、悪霊につかれていた人、すなわち、レギオンを宿していた人が服を着て、正気に返って座っているのを見て、恐ろしくなった。 | |
| 16 | 看见的人把被鬼附过的人所遭遇的和那群猪的事，告诉了他们。 |
| Those who had seen it told the people what had happened to the demon-possessed man--and told about the pigs as well. | |
| 見ていた人たちは、悪霊につかれていた人に起こったことや豚のことを、人々に詳しく話して聞かせた。 | |
| 17 | 他们就要求耶稣离开他们的地区。 |
| Then the people began to plead with Jesus to leave their region. | |
| すると人々はイエスに、この地方から出て行ってほしいと懇願した。 | |
| 18 | 耶稣上船的时候，那被鬼附过的人来求他，要和他在一起。 |
| As Jesus was getting into the boat, the man who had been demon-possessed begged to go with him. | |
| イエスが舟に乗ろうとされると、悪霊につかれていた人がお供させてほしいとイエスに願った。 | |
| 19 | 耶稣不许，却对他说：“你回家到你的亲属那里去，把主为你作了多么大的事，并他怎样怜悯你，都告诉他们。” |
| Jesus did not let him, but said, "Go home to your family and tell them how much the Lord has done for you, and how he has had mercy on you." | |
| しかし、イエスはお許しにならず、彼にこう言われた。「あなたの家、あなたの家族のところに帰りなさい。そして、主があなたに、どんなに大きなことをしてくださったか、どんなにあわれんでくださったかを知らせなさい。」 | |
| 20 | 那人就走了，开始在低加波利传讲耶稣为他所作的大事，众人都希奇。 |
| So the man went away and began to tell in the Decapolis how much Jesus had done for him. And all the people were amazed. | |
| それで彼は立ち去り、イエスが自分にどれほど大きなことをしてくださったかを、デカポリス地方で言い広め始めた。人々はみな驚いた。 | |
| 21 | 耶稣又坐船渡到那边；还在海边的时候，有一大群人向他围拢过来。 |
| When Jesus had again crossed over by boat to the other side of the lake, a large crowd gathered around him while he was by the lake. | |
| イエスが再び舟で向こう岸に渡られると、大勢の群衆がみもとに集まって来た。イエスは湖のほとりにおられた。 | |
| 22 | 当时来了一位会堂的主管，名叫叶鲁。他一看见耶稣，就俯伏在他脚前， |
| Then one of the synagogue rulers, named Jairus, came there. Seeing Jesus, he fell at his feet | |
| すると、会堂司の一人でヤイロという人が来て、イエスを見るとその足もとにひれ伏して、 | |
| 23 | 迫切地求他说：“我的小女儿快要死了，请你来按手在她身上，把她救活。” |
| and pleaded earnestly with him, "My little daughter is dying. Please come and put your hands on her so that she will be healed and live." | |
| こう懇願した。「私の小さい娘が死にかけています。娘が救われて生きられるように、どうかおいでになって、娘の上に手を置いてやってください。」 | |
| 24 | 耶稣就和他一起去了。一大群人跟着他，拥挤着他。 |
| So Jesus went with him. | |
| そこで、イエスはヤイロと一緒に行かれた。すると大勢の群衆がイエスについて来て、イエスに押し迫った。 | |
| 25 | 有一个女人，患了十二年的血漏病， |
| A large crowd followed and pressed around him. And a woman was there who had been subject to bleeding for twelve years. | |
| そこに、十二年の間、長血をわずらっている女の人がいた。 | |
| 26 | 在好些医生手中受了许多痛苦，又花尽了她一切所有的，不仅毫无起色，反而更加沉重。 |
| She had suffered a great deal under the care of many doctors and had spent all she had, yet instead of getting better she grew worse. | |
| 彼女は多くの医者からひどい目にあわされて、持っている物をすべて使い果たしたが、何のかいもなく、むしろもっと悪くなっていた。 | |
| 27 | 她听见耶稣的事，就从后面来杂在人群中间，摸耶稣的衣服。 |
| When she heard about Jesus, she came up behind him in the crowd and touched his cloak, | |
| 彼女はイエスのことを聞き、群衆とともにやって来て、うしろからイエスの衣に触れた。 | |
| 28 | 因为她说：“只要摸到他的衣服，我就必痊愈。” |
| because she thought, "If I just touch his clothes, I will be healed." | |
| 「あの方の衣にでも触れれば、私は救われる」と思っていたからである。 | |
| 29 | 于是她血漏的源头立刻干了，她在身体上感觉到病已经得了医治。 |
| Immediately her bleeding stopped and she felt in her body that she was freed from her suffering. | |
| すると、すぐに血の源が乾いて、病気が癒やされたことをからだに感じた。 | |
| 30 | 耶稣自己立刻觉得有能力从他里面出去，就转过身来对群众说：“谁摸了我的衣服？” |
| At once Jesus realized that power had gone out from him. He turned around in the crowd and asked, "Who touched my clothes?" | |
| イエスも、自分のうちから力が出て行ったことにすぐ気がつき、群衆の中で振り向いて言われた。「だれがわたしの衣にさわったのですか。」 | |
| 31 | 门徒对他说：“你看，这么多人拥挤你，你还问‘谁摸我’吗？” |
| You see the people crowding against you, his disciples answered, "and yet you can ask, 'Who touched me?' " | |
| すると弟子たちはイエスに言った。「ご覧のとおり、群衆があなたに押し迫っています。それでも『だれがわたしにさわったのか』とおっしゃるのですか。」 | |
| 32 | 耶稣周围观看，要看作这事的女人。 |
| But Jesus kept looking around to see who had done it. | |
| しかし、イエスは周囲を見回して、だれがさわったのかを知ろうとされた。 | |
| 33 | 那女人知道在她身上所成就的事，就恐惧战兢地前来向耶稣俯伏，把实情全告诉了他。 |
| Then the woman, knowing what had happened to her, came and fell at his feet and, trembling with fear, told him the whole truth. | |
| 彼女は自分の身に起こったことを知り、恐れおののきながら進み出て、イエスの前にひれ伏し、真実をすべて話した。 | |
| 34 | 耶稣对她说：“女儿，你的信使你痊愈了，平安地回去吧，你的病已经好了。” |
| He said to her, "Daughter, your faith has healed you. Go in peace and be freed from your suffering." | |
| イエスは彼女に言われた。「娘よ、あなたの信仰があなたを救ったのです。安心して行きなさい。苦しむことなく、健やかでいなさい。」 | |
| 35 | 耶稣还在说话的时候，有人从会堂主管的家里来说：“你的女儿已经死了，何必还劳动老师呢？” |
| While Jesus was still speaking, some men came from the house of Jairus, the synagogue ruler. "Your daughter is dead," they said. "Why bother the teacher any more?" | |
| イエスがまだ話しておられるとき、会堂司の家から人々が来て言った。「お嬢さんは亡くなりました。これ以上、先生を煩わすことがあるでしょうか。」 | |
| 36 | 耶稣听见所说的话，就对会堂主管说：“不要怕！只要信！” |
| Ignoring what they said, Jesus told the synagogue ruler, "Don't be afraid; just believe." | |
| イエスはその話をそばで聞き、会堂司に言われた。「恐れないで、ただ信じていなさい。」 | |
| 37 | 于是他不许别人跟他一起去，只带了彼得、雅各和雅各的弟弟约翰。 |
| He did not let anyone follow him except Peter, James and John the brother of James. | |

| 38 | 他们来到会堂主管的家，耶稣看见许多人哭泣哀号，一片混乱， |
| When they came to the home of the synagogue ruler, Jesus saw a commotion, with people crying and wailing loudly. | |
| 彼らは会堂司の家に着いた。イエスは、人々が取り乱して、大声で泣いたりわめいたりしているのを見て、 | |
| 39 | 就走进去，对众人说：“为甚么大哭大嚷呢？孩子不是死了，是睡着了。” |
| He went in and said to them, "Why all this commotion and wailing? The child is not dead but asleep." | |
| 中に入って、彼らにこう言われた。「どうして取り乱したり、泣いたりしているのですか。その子は死んだのではありません。眠っているのです。」 | |
| 40 | 众人就嘲笑他。耶稣把众人都赶出去，带着孩子的父母和跟随他的门徒，进入孩子所在的房间。 |
| But they laughed at him. | |
| 人々はイエスをあざ笑った。しかし、イエスは皆を外に出し、子どもの父と母と、ご自分の供の者たちだけを連れて、その子のいるところに入って行かれた。 | |
| 41 | 耶稣拉着孩子的手，对她说：“大利大，古米！”翻译出来就是：“小女孩，我吩咐你起来！” |
| After he put them all out, he took the child's father and mother and the disciples who were with him, and went in where the child was. He took her by the hand and said to her, "Talitha koum!" (which means, "Little girl, I say to you, get up!" ). | |
| そして、子どもの手を取って言われた。「タリタ、クム。」訳すと、「少女よ、あなたに言う。起きなさい」という意味である。 | |
| 42 | 那女孩子就立刻起来行走；那时她已经十二岁了。众人就非常惊奇。 |
| Immediately the girl stood up and walked around (she was twelve years old). At this they were completely astonished. | |
| すると、少女はすぐに起き上がり、歩き始めた。彼女は十二歳であった。それを見るや、人々は口もきけないほどに驚いた。 | |
| 43 | 耶稣再三嘱咐他们，不要让人知道这事，又吩咐给她东西吃。 |
| He gave strict orders not to let anyone know about this, and told them to give her something to eat. | |
| イエスは、このことをだれにも知らせないようにと厳しくお命じになり、また、少女に食べ物を与えるように言われた。 |
